Background: Mental health apps (MHA) as a new form of self-help have gained popularity over the last years. Tentative evidence has suggested that MHA might also present a first step into the help-seeking process, because their anonymity circumvents stigma. Using MHA might also increase mental health literacy and reduce stigma through psychoeducation, which could encourage formal help-seeking.

For amputation of the thumb in any age group, microsurgical replantation is the gold standard over other osteoplastic thumb reconstruction methods as it restores the form, function, and cosmesis of the thumb better. In the osteoplastic reconstruction of the thumb, usually, a pedicled groin flap or a reverse radial artery forearm flap is used to provide the soft tissue cover, and each of these flaps has its own set of merits and demerits. The reverse radial artery forearm flap can be used as a fascial or fasciocutaneous flap in an islanded or peninsular form.

Biooriented Synthesis of Ibuprofen-Clubbed Novel -Schiff Base Derivatives as Potential Hits for Malignant Glioma: Anticancer Activity and Approach.

This research work is based on the synthesis of -Schiff base derivatives of the commercially available ibuprofen drug in outstanding yields through multistep reactions. Structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by the help of modern spectroscopic techniques including high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HR-ESI-MS), H NMR, and C NMR. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their anticancer activity using a normal human embryonic kidney HEK293 cell and U87-malignant glioma (ATCC-HTB-14) as a cancer cell line.

Tent-pole technique for alveolar ridge width preservation with a compromised buccal plate: a prospective cohort study.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of the tent-pole technique for alveolar ridge preservation of compromised alveolar socket following the surgical extraction of incurable single root premolars.

Materials And Methods: This study was conducted on 12 patients who presented to the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery and had alveolar ridge preservation using tent-pole technique between August 2021 and February 2022. The present study reports the one-step synthesis of several 3-formyl-4-hydroxycouramin-derived enamines (-) in good yields (65-94%).
