A 19-year-old female patient presented to the outpatient department of ear, nose and throat with complaints of hard swelling behind her left ear for the past 5 years. It was a large bony swelling arising from the left temporal bone causing a cosmetic deformity that was surgically excised. The patient made a good recovery post procedure.
