Medical students experience significant stress, which may interfere with their sleeping routines; consequently, they are at a higher risk of misusing sleeping pills. Therefore, this cross-sectional convenience sampling study aims to evaluate medical students' attitudes toward the usage of sleeping pills, as well as the prevalence of their misuse and the associated factors. A self-administered online questionnaire survey was completed by 338 medical students at the College of Medicine of the King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences.
