The, nitrin, 2-aminobenzaldehyde phenylhydrazone (2ABPH) was synthesis by refluxing 2-nitrobenzaldehyde with phenylhydrazine in ethanolic solvent. Three transition metal (II) complexes of 2ABPH have been prepared.
