Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) has been suggested for the improvement of endometrial growth and receptivity in the patients with recurrent implantation failure (RIF). The aim of present study was to investigate the impact of different concentration of PRP on the expression of genes involved in the endometrial receptivity in the human endometrial cells from RIF and controls with thin and normal endometrium in vitro. Thiacloprid (TCL), commonly known as Biscaya, is among the most widely used pesticides in agriculture, designed to eliminate insects by targeting their nicotinic receptors. This study explores the effects of orally administering TCL (at a dose of 50 mg/kg) on the hormone secretion crucial for pregnancy and the factors influencing abortion throughout the early, middle, and late stages of pregnancy in female rats. Following TCL exposure, there were significant increases in levels of 17β-Estradiol, prostaglandins F and E, and serum oxytocin hormone in different stages of pregnancy.

Cancer drug resistance poses a significant obstacle to successful chemotherapy, primarily driven by the activity of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters, which actively efflux chemotherapeutic agents from cancer cells, reducing their intracellular concentrations and therapeutic efficacy. Recent studies have highlighted the pivotal role of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in regulating this resistance, positioning them as crucial modulators of ABC transporter function. lncRNAs, once considered transcriptional noise, are now recognized for their complex regulatory capabilities at various cellular levels, including chromatin modification, transcription, and post-transcriptional processing.
