Background And Aim: Global efforts are continuing to develop preparations against cryptosporidiosis. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of biosynthesized loading oil extract on new zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnONPs shorten to ZnNPs) and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) as alternative treatments for experimental infection in rats.
Materials And Methods: Oil extract was characterized by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, loaded by on ionic-based ZnO and NPs, and then characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction.
Chickens continue to be an important reservoir of zoonotic multidrug-resistant illnesses. Antimicrobial resistance correlated with colistin has emerged as a critical concern worldwide in the veterinary field and the public health sector. The current study investigated the prevalence of multidrug-resistant avian pathogenic among chicken farms in three Egyptian governorates, focusing on colistin resistance assessment.

The hydroxyapatite, as well as chitosan nanoparticles, were synthesized from the plant. The crystal morphology, phase composition, particle size, and surface functional groups of the nano-samples were analyzed via classical examinations and energy dispersive X-ray analysis.

Due to it is non-treatable disease, so the effective preventive vaccines are considered a significant way to combat the disease. All strains of have several virulence factors that associated with their cell invasion, survival, and proliferation such as phospholipase D (PLD), outer lipid coat, and secreted proteases.

The objective of this study was to investigate serotypes, virulence genes, and antibiotic resistance determinants profiles of isolated from buffalo at some places in Egypt; noticibly, this issue was not discussed in the country yet.
Materials And Methods: A number of 58 rectal samples were collected from diarrheic buffalo calves in different regions in Egypt, and bacteriological investigated for existence.
