Endobronchial aspergilloma (EBA) is an extremely rare presentation of pulmonary involvement of Aspergillus. It is a noninvasive form of where the fungus overgrows and colonizes the bronchial lumen. The patient may present with chronic cough, dyspnea, hemoptysis, or wheezing.

To the best of our knowledge, there has been no study from India to date to assess the impact of COVID-19 in patients with preexisting ILD. We undertook this study to assess the clinical outcome of ILD patients admitted to our hospital with COVID-19.

Serum biomarkers can be used to predict the course of COVID-19 pneumonia. Data from India are very scarce about predictors of mortality among COVID-19 patients.

Few studies have reported relationship of thoracoscopic appearances of pleural abnormalities and etiological diagnoses. We aimed our study to assess the diagnostic utility and safety of semirigid thoracoscopy for evaluation of patients with undiagnosed exudative pleural effusion.

This analytical cross-sectional study was aimed to look for any relationship between these NBI vascular patterns and the histologic type of lung cancer.
Material And Methods: After screening 78 patients with suspected lung cancer, 53 subjects underwent video bronchoscopy.
Endobronchial lesions causing luminal obstruction are mostly found in bronchogenic carcinoma. Inflammatory polyps originating from the tracheobronchial tree are rarely found. Here we report a case of an elderly male presenting with prolonged cough who was found to have an endobronchial inflammatory polyp.

This phenomenon is extremely rare in lung neoplasms. A close follow up with imaging along with bronchoscopy and a biopsy of the lesion is essential, as they may have potential for distant spread even during radiological regression.

Endobronchial valves and coils have been extensively studied. This review assesses efficacy, safety, and cost effectiveness of the BLVR procedures (stent, valves, vapor ablation, endobronchial coils, lung sealant) in patients with severe emphysema.

The relationship between lung functions and respiratory failure (arterial blood gas parameters) with the etiology of AE-COPD has not been clearly understood. We conducted this study to determine the bacterial profile in AE-COPD and to identify the associated risk factors and drug sensitivity pattern.

Mounier-Kuhn syndrome (MKS) is a rare disease of unknown etiology characterized by abnormal pathologic dilatation of tracheabronchial tree. The diagnosis of MKS is normally made on CT scan of chest on the basis of enlarged diameters of trachea and main stem bronchi. We are presenting histologically confirmed case of MKS, where the diameter of right main bronchus is below minimum diameter (mean+3 SD) required for the diagnosis.
