Results of endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy in pediatric patients.

We conducted a prospective interventional study to evaluate the role of endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy in children. Our study population was made up of 20 patients-18 boys and 2 girls, aged 2 to 12 years (mean: 5.3)-who presented with signs and symptoms suggestive of nasolacrimal duct blockage that was refractory to conventional medical treatment.
