Aim: We evaluated the efficacy and safety of Nuvastatic™ (C5OSEW5050ESA) in improving cancer-related fatigue (CRF) among cancer patients.

Methods: This multicenter randomized double-blind placebo-controlled phase 2 trial included 110 solid malignant tumor patients (stage II-IV) undergoing chemotherapy. They were randomly selected and provided oral Nuvastatic™ 1000 mg (N = 56) or placebo (N = 54) thrice daily for 9 weeks.

Here, we present two 7.1- and 7.3-bp near-complete genome sequences of Burkholderia pseudomallei strains of HTAA077 and HRPB058, isolated from a pus culture from a confirmed melioidosis patient at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan, Kuantan, Malaysia, and from blood culture from a patient at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh, Malaysia, using a Nanopore MinION instrument.

Wound healing phases comprise of highly synchronized process that begins due to a damage and restores the integrity of the injured tissues. Wound healing reduces the damage in tissue and supply sufficient oxygen and tissue perfusion, provide proper nourishment and humid wound healing atmosphere to re-establish the essential status of exaggerated parts. Targeting Notch signalling pathway of cancer stem cells.

Cancer stem cells (CSCs) have been defined as cells within tumor that possess the capacity to self-renew and to cause the heterogeneous lineages of cancer cells that comprise the tumor. CSCs have been increasingly identified in blood cancer, prostate, ovarian, lung, melanoma, pancreatic, colon, brain and many more malignancies.
