Since traditional photocatalysts have suffered from higher charge carrier recombination and moderate photocatalytic efficiency, developing photocatalysts is crucial for water treatment objectives. Hence, the various ratios of TiO on g-CN (CN) to form nano photocatalysts were synthesized by the solvothermal method. The 30%TiO/CN showed the best performance to degradation and debromination of 4-bromophenol (4-BP) solution completely (k = 6.

This study considers the ecotoxicity of arsenic (III) and silica nanoparticles (nSiO), individually and simultaneously, to the zebrafish (Danio rerio) using response surface methodology (RSM) under central composite design (CCD). The results revealed that in the treatments within the concentration range of 1 to 5 mg L arsenic and 1-100 mg L nSiO, no mortality was observed after 96 h.
