Sufficient study has not been performed to clarify the role of trunk/respiratory muscles strength/endurance in providing postural control in dancers. The purpose of this study was to identify predictors affecting static/dynamic postural control in Latin dancers and to compare these measurements with non-dancers. The study included 38 (26F; 12 M) Latin dancers and 33 (21F; 11 M) non-dancers.

Methods: A total of 50 children (n = 25 attention deficit hyperactivity disorder-combined type, n = 25 typically developing children) aged 5-12 years were included. Gross motor skills were evaluated using the Bruininks-Oseretsky Test Second Edition-Short Form.
Purpose: This study aimed to compare the discriminative properties (discriminative effect, sensitivity, specificity, and cutoff values) of four commonly used balance measures for nonfallers, fallers, and multiple fallers among Turkish community-dwelling older adults.
Methods: Three hundred fifty-one community-dwelling older adults (122 fallers and 229 nonfallers) were evaluated with the timed up and go test, functional reach test, one-leg stance test, and Berg Balance Scale (BBS).
Results: Timed up and go test and functional reach test were not sensitive in detecting group differences between fallers and nonfallers, and BBS and one-leg stance test had significant but limited discriminative power with cutoff values of 53.
Although chronic multi-site musculoskeletal pain is known to cause decreased physical function and impair work and social life, there is insufficient research about its impact on health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in women. The aim of this study was to investigate multiple factors affecting HRQoL in women with chronic multi-site musculoskeletal pain. This study included 227 women with two or more musculoskeletal areas which were painful during the last 3 months.

Our aim was to determine the reliability and validity of the Turkish version of the FACT-BMT in patients undergoing BMT.
Method: Patients between the age of 20 and 65 years and who had undergone BMT at least 3 months before the study were included.
Purpose: This study aimed to translate and adapt the Fear of Falling Avoidance Behavior Questionnaire (FFABQ) for Turkish culture and to evaluate the psychometric properties of FFABQ-Turkish in community-dwelling older adults.
Methods: Eighty community-dwelling older adults (41 females) were assessed using the FFABQ-Turkish, Activities-specific Balance Confidence Scale (ABC). Fall history and severity of fear of falling (FoF) were recorded.
Objective: Clinically evaluate implants placed after ultrasonic implant site preparation (UISP) and standard drilling (SD).
Materials And Methods: Ten patients received 21 implants placed using UISP (n = 11) or SD (n = 10). Bone quality was hand assessed and final insertion torque (IT), resonance frequency analysis (ISQ) at baseline and ISQ, and removal torque values (RTV) at 4 weeks were recorded and compared.
