Improved Handover Authentication in Fifth-Generation Communication Networks Using Fuzzy Evolutionary Optimisation with Nanocore Elements in Mobile Healthcare Applications.

Authentication is a suitable form of restricting the network from different types of attacks, especially in case of fifth-generation telecommunication networks, especially in healthcare applications. The handover and authentication mechanism are one such type that enables mitigation of attacks in health-related services. In this paper, we model an evolutionary model that uses a fuzzy evolutionary model in maintaining the handover and key management to improve the performance of authentication in nanocore technology-based 5G networks.

Background: There is increasing appreciation of the association of obesity beyond co-morbidities, such as cancers, Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and stroke to also impact upon the muscle to give rise to sarcopenic obesity. Phenotypic knowledge of obesity is crucial for profiling and management of obesity, as different fat-subcutaneous adipose tissue depots (SAT) and visceral adipose tissue depots (VAT) have various degrees of influence on metabolic syndrome and morbidities. Common myna roosts are not recruitment centres.

We studied communal roosting in the Common Myna (Acridotheres tristis) in the light of the recruitment centre hypothesis and predation at the roost. The number and sizes of flocks departing from and arriving at focal roosts were recorded over a two year period. We also recorded the sizes and behaviour of foraging flocks.

Atraumatic quadriceps tendon tear associated with calcific tendonitis.

Calcific tendonitis of the quadriceps tendon is an uncommon condition. We present the first case of a quadriceps tendon tear associated with calcific tendonitis. In this case, the patient presented with symptoms mimicking a rupture of the quadriceps tendon.

Lest we forget Hansen's disease (leprosy): an unusual presentation with an acute onset of inflammatory polyarthritis and the rheumatology experience.

Several forms of arthritis and rheumatism can sometimes complicate leprosy. However, its presentation as an acute onset arthritis is unusual. We report two adult male naïve patients who presented to our rheumatology outpatient clinic with acute onset inflammatory polyarthritis, skin rash and mild sensory neurodeficit.

We describe a new clinical test for the assessment of posterolateral rotatory instability. This has been assessed in 8 patients who have been diagnosed with posterolateral rotatory instability. Of these, 6 have undergone surgical reconstruction of the lateral ulnar collateral ligament, and the clinical test has subsequently been negative with resolution of their symptoms.

This means that current approaches for identifying phenotypes associated with haplotypes may be inadequate.

Hypomagnesaemia.

In the management of electrolyte abnormalities along with hypokalaemia and hypocalcaemia, etc, presence of hypomsgenesaemia should be thought of even when serum magnesium is within normal limit as magneium is a predominantly intracellulr ion. Two cases of hypomagnesaemia as one of the factors of electrolyte distrubances are communicated in this write-up.

A rare variation of deep femoral vein.

Venous pattern particularly in the lower limbs is of great clinical importance, while ligating the veins to prevent the spread of thrombus. Normally deep femoral vein drains the area supplied by profunda femoris artery, follows the pattern of branches of this artery and ends independently into the femoral vein. However in few cases it establishes communication with popliteal vein of femoral vein at a lower level.

A retrospective study of 1247 cases of intracranial tuberculomata diagnosed by computerized tomography.

Tuberculomata in the brain are a common feature of intracranial tuberculosis, especially in the sub-continent. With the advent of computerized tomography, a diagnosis can be made, in many instances. In this study, 1247 cases of CT diagnosed intracranial tuberculomata were analysed retrospectively with regard to the age, sex and symptoms of the patient as well as the number, site and distribution of the lesion within the brain.
