Methods: A 31-year-old woman presented with a history of LSCS for prolonged labor 4 years ago followed by a failed robotic repair for diagnosed VCxF and vesico-uterine fistula (VUtF) 1 year ago.
Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is the first-line investigation in infertility assessment to assess tubal patency. Clinicians use various instruments, including the Leich-Wilkinson cannula, Rubin cannula, Jorcho's cannula, Whitehead cannula, and foley's catheter, to instill the dye in the uterus. We randomly allocated 60 patients planned for hysterosalpingography to evaluate tubal patency as part of fertility workup to either Intra-uterine foley's catheter arm or Leich-Wilkinson cannula arm.

The present study was conducted with the aim to study the two components of this system in clinical practice in general and establish a clinicopathological correlation of AUB with the context of the PALM component in particular.
Methodology: The data of 158 patients who underwent hysterectomy for abnormal uterine bleeding in 1 year at the tertiary care Centre of western Rajasthan was collected from old case records and analysed.

Mitochondrial fission factor (MFF) gene mutations are rare mitochondrial fission disorders, resulting in autosomal recessive neurological disorders. We here report a rare case of MFF gene mutation running in a family which ultimately turned out to be a variant of unknown significance. A 29-year-old multigravida visited at 18-week gestation for prenatal genetic testing as her previous baby had cerebral palsy and global developmental delay.
