Now a days Very-Large-Scale Integrated (VLSI) circuits are facing critical issues to satisfy the cooling demand because of shrinking the semiconductors. In this numerical work, the surface temperature of the chip, heat transfer rate, thermal resistance, power consumption and reliability are studied by using CuO/water nanofluids as coolant and compared the nanofluids results with the results of water. The CuO/water nanofluids at 0.

Introduction: Hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) is a syndrome of functional renal failure occurring in patients with advanced liver failure in the absence of clinical, laboratory, or histological evidence of other known causes of renal failure. However HRS has always been considered to be potentially reversible. RRI (Renal Resistive Index) is an affordable, non invasive and easily available tool which can be used to detect the early onset of HRS.

Long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids derived from essential fatty acids have been shown to be toxic to Plasmodium falciparum both in vitro and in vivo. Here, we present evidence to suggest that in patients with Plasmodium falciparum malaria the levels of lipid peroxides (a marker of free radical generation) nitric oxide (a potent free radical with immunomodulatory actions), and concentrations of linoleic acid (LA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) are low, whereas those of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are high. The ability of the fatty acids to kill P.
