Synthesis of highly potent novel anti-tubercular isoniazid analogues with preliminary pharmacokinetic evaluation.

Thirty two novel isoniazid analogues were prepared by one-pot three component condensations of isoniazid (INH), 3-mercaptopropionic acid and various aryl/heteroaryl aldehydes.
