A 53-year-old male patient was diagnosed with progressive dyspnoea after primary coronary intervention of circumflex lesion. Resuscitation was performed in the follow-up period due to the development of asystole. We present the case of a 71-year-old woman with a 7-year history of a giant left atrial myxoma. The myxoma was attached to the atrial septum and occupied almost the entire left atrial cavity.
