Introduction: Anorexia Nervosa (AN) is a complex psychiatric illness, characterized by a high risk of developing cardiovascular complications. Given the high risk of vascular diseases in patients with AN, we can assume that patients with severe AN have a high risk of developing ischemic stroke. However, to the best of our knowledge, no reports of patients with AN presenting with ischemic stroke have been published, other than a report of the development of IS during refeeding therapy in patients with severe AN.

Transcranial Doppler (TCD) and transcranial color-coded Doppler (TCCD) provide reliable velocimetric data, the indirect analysis of which allows us to obtain information on the patency of vessels and assumed stenosis range. However, very tight stenoses (>95%) cannot be detected with velocimetric criteria because of spectrum drops and the absence of high velocities, so that the right curve of the Spencer equation cannot be solved.

Objectives: Sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy is widely accepted in the surgical staging of early vulvar cancer, although the most accurate method for its identification is not yet defined. This meta-analysis aimed to determine the technique with the highest pooled detection rate (DR) for the identification of SLN and compare the average number of SLNs detected by planar lymphoscintigraphy (PL), single-photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography (SPECT/CT), blue dye and indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence.
Methods: The meta-analysis was conducted according to the PRISMA guideline.
Background: Early in-vivo diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD) is crucial for accurate management of patients, in particular, to select subjects with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) that may evolve into AD, and to define other types of MCI non-AD patients. Purpose: The aim of the present study was to explore the prognostic role of 2- deoxy-2-[18F]fluoro-D-glucose PET (FDG PET)/CT in recurrent luminal A and luminal B breast cancer.
Materials And Methods: From two institutional databases, we retrospectively retrieved data about breast cancer patients undergoing FDG PET/CT between 2011 and 2018 for the assessment of recurrency. Objective: Nervus intermedius (NI) dysfunction after the management of vestibular schwannoma (VS) is underreported and is experienced by patients undergoing stereotactic radiosurgery and surgical resection. The aim of this study was to present NI outcomes in a series of patients who underwent all treatment modalities for VS and to review the existing literature.

Presentation Of Case: A 60-year-old female patient entered our ward in March 2019 for laparoscopic cholecystectomy after 6 months history of epigastric pain and multiple episodes of biliary colic treated conservatively. She never complained of pulmonary symptoms.
Spontaneous intracranial hypotension results from a spinal CSF leak and usually presents with orthostatic headache, although acephalgic presentations have anecdotally been reported. The underlying low CSF volume, rarely, leads to serious complications such as cerebral venous thrombosis and coma. We report a patient presenting with cerebral venous thrombosis secondary to acephalgic spontaneous intracranial hypotension.
