In addition to several other malignancies, the ligand-activated aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) signaling pathway has been found to enhance the risk of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Many natural compounds of pharmaceutical importance are identified as antagonistic exogenous ligands of AhR. The expressional lack of hormone receptors coupled with adverse prognosis leads to the absence of molecular-targeted therapy in TNBC.

In the current study for the first time Andrographolide (Andro) has been explored for its multitarget therapeutic efficacy on NF-kB, COX-2, and PI3K/AKT expressions together in CC. The expression levels of NF-kB, COX-2, PI3K and PTEN in the CC patient samples, both at mRNA and protein levels have shown significant association with poor survival and increased tumor aggressiveness.

HSA, the most abundant protein in human physiology, binds to all exogenic and endogenic ligands. PC is a stable molecule (t∼157-513 days) and a potential threat to human health via the food chain.

Methods: An adolescent child referred for concerns in learning was screened for learning disability using standardized inventories and test batteries. The Connors Parent and Teacher Rating Scales (short forms), Wechsler's Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC), the Vineland Social Maturity Scale (VSMS), and the Kinetic Family Drawing (KFD) test were used to assess the behavior, cognition, and social profile of the child.

Transmembrane proteins serve as receptors, transporters or as enzymes. They mediate a broad range of fundamental cellular activities including signal transduction, cell trafficking and photosynthesis. In this study, we analyzed the significance of central residues in the polytopic transmembrane proteins.
