Primary solitary sphenoid sinus mucocele is rare, generally presenting with headaches or eye symptoms at the anatomical site. We report the case of a 39-year-old woman incidentally diagnosed with sphenoid sinus mucocele during a complete medical checkup. Imaging revealed that the cystic wall had developed from the rear sphenoid sinus and had spread expansively to diminish the clivus; however, no symptoms were reported, and the patient was managed with close observation.

Purpose: Ultra-high-resolution computed tomography (UHRCT) is an emerging imaging technology that is able to achieve simultaneous 160 slices with super-thin 0.25 mm thickness. The purpose of this study was to assess the feasibility of UHRCT to visualize laryngeal structure and kinetics.

Purpose: To determine the outcomes of vitrectomy with scleral imbrication in highly myopic eyes with either myopic traction maculopathy (MTM) or macular hole retinal detachment (MHRD).
Methods: The medical records of 17 patients who had undergone vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling and scleral imbrication for MTM or MHRD were reviewed. The best-corrected visual acuities (BCVAs), the axial length, the macular hole (MH) closure rate, and the shape of the posterior segment determined by optical coherence tomography were evaluated.
