Primary pancreatic lymphoma is very rare; the most commonly described subtype is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Although it is morphologically similar to lymphoproliferative lesions found in other locations, clinically it can mimic an epithelial neoplasm. The differential diagnosis is important due to the different therapeutic implications of each entity.

Introduction: Intrabiliary growth of colorectal liver metastasis determines their capability of dissemination and relapse.

Case Report: 65-year-old woman underwent sigmoidectomy (2011) and left hepatectomy due to liver metastases affecting the bile tract (2014). In 2020 she developed a 2cm tumour in the union of both hepatic ducts.

IgG4 related disease (igG4-RD) is a pathological process which integrates a large number of diseases of unknown pathogenesis, considered as being exclusive to many different organs. Diagnosis is established through histological, radiological and serological criteria. Treatment is based on long term corticosteroids; rituximab being used only in refractory cases.
