People with multiple sclerosis (PwMS) exhibit impaired balance during different sensory environments and poor cerebellar peduncle microstructure. We aimed to examine associations between microstructures of the superior, middle and inferior cerebellar peduncles (CP) with visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive-based balance in PwMS.
