Breast cancer is the leading cancer type among women globally, and its chemotherapy often results in multiple side effects, compromising the patient's quality of life. Our study aimed to analyze the impact of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the quality of life in Brazilian women with breast cancer within the public health system. This research was a one-year, observational, longitudinal study, conducted at a charitable health facility, examining the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on these women's quality of life.
