Background: Few standard treatment options are available for patients with metastatic sarcomas. We did this trial to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and changes in the tumour microenvironment for durvalumab, an anti-PD-L1 drug, and tremelimumab, an anti-CTLA-4 drug, across multiple sarcoma subtypes.

Methods: In this single-centre phase 2 trial, done at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, TX USA), patients aged 18 years or older with advanced or metastatic sarcoma with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1 who had received at least one previous line of systemic therapy were enrolled in disease subtype-specific groups (liposarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, angiosarcoma, undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, synovial sarcoma, osteosarcoma, alveolar soft-part sarcoma, chordoma, and other sarcomas).

Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) syndrome is an autoimmune, multisystemic disease characterized by severe bilateral granulomatous posterior, which can occur due to viral infection or vaccination. We report four cases that had a likely association between VKH disease and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) vaccination. Two patients had VKH symptoms within 1 and 2 weeks after receiving the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine.

Background: Despite an extensive network of primary care availability, Brazil has suffered profoundly during the COVID-19 pandemic, experiencing the greatest sanitary collapse in its history. The therapeutic use of classical psychedelic substances such as d-lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) surged in recent years. Studies in rodents suggest that these effects are produced by increased neural plasticity, including stimulation of the mTOR pathway, a key regulator of metabolism, plasticity, and aging. Research Aims: To compare breastfeeding prevalence in participants who were pregnant at a time when strict physical distancing measures were imposed in Fortaleza, the capital of Ceará state, Brazil, with the pre-pandemic breastfeeding levels, and to assess the association of breastfeeding prevalence with maternal common mental disorders, and sociodemographic and health predictors.
