A micro-flow UV-photo isomerization process converts -cyclooctene partly into -cyclooctene, leaving an isomeric mixture. cyclooctene adsorption and thus separation was achieved in a fixed-bed micro-flow reactor, packed with AgNO/SiO powder, while the -isomer stays in the flow.
