This systematic review presents a summary of the available literature on the indications, anatomy, technique, complications and outcomes of the reverse SUPBRA flap and also describes our experience.
Methods: A computer search was performed on the Embase, Medline and Pubmed databases for clinical studies describing the reverse SUPBRA flap in accordance with the standard principles for systematic review and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines.

This technique does not facilitate intra-operative comparison for symmetry and engages one assistant to hold the arm at all times. We describe a novel positioning technique for brachioplasty using Chinese finger traps and drip stands which is safe, easy to reproduce, obviates the need for a positioning assistant and facilitates symmetrical resection.

Adequate postoperative analgesia provided with regional blocks allows faster postoperative recovery and better patient satisfaction. In our study, we are comparing the analgesic efficacy of laparoscopic-guided TAP block with port infiltration using a local anaesthetic in patients undergoing gynaecologic robotic surgeries.

Soluble tau protein is lower in affected regions of these diseases, and we previously reported that tau knockout mice display motor and cognitive behavioral abnormities, brain atrophy, neuronal death in substantia nigra, and iron accumulation in the brain that all emerged between 6 and 12 months of age.
