Aim: The present randomized study was aimed to compare the efficacy 5% potassium nitrate (KNO) toothpaste, low-level laser therapy (LLLT), and LLLT with 5% KNO toothpaste in the treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity (DH).

Objective: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the periodontal risk of individuals using periodontal risk assessment (PRA) model and modified PRA model.

Materials And Methods: A total of 50 patients with chronic periodontitis, age 30-60 years were selected randomly and charting of the periodontal status was performed and those who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study.
