Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome (PJS) is an autosomal dominant hereditary polyposis syndrome. Clinical features include hamartomatous polyps, mucocutaneous pigmentation and an increased predisposition towards developing malignancy. Variants in STK11, a tumour suppressor gene, located on Chromosome 19, predispose to PJS.
