Unlabelled: The present study to production of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) by leaf extracts of and to evaluate the activity of anticancer by using AgNPs against cancer cell lines such as MCF-7, HEPG2, H9C2, HEK293 and H1975. The synthesized AgNPs were characterized by using UV-Vis spectroscopy, EDS, FT-IR, XRD, DLS, SEM and HRTEM with SAED patterns. The surface plasmon resonance (SPR) of AgNPs formed a peak centered at 427 nm by UV-Vis analysis.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) stands third among cancer-related deaths globally. Owing to its high incidence and linked mortality, early diagnosis is alarming for patient survival and the management of patients with developing HCC requires immediate attention. Advances in the knowledge of cancer biology and recognizing unique molecular candidates, including genomic and proteomic profiles, substantiate our understanding about several biological signatures connected with HCC.

The synergistic effects of physical exercise and diet have profound benefits on brain function. The present study was aimed to determine the effects of exercise and Decalepis hamiltonii (Dh) on age-related responses on the antioxidant status in discrete regions of rat brain. Male Wistar albino rats of 4 and 18 months old were orally supplemented with Dh extract and swim trained at 3 % intensity for 30 min/day, 5 days/week, for a period of 30 days.
