Background: Propofol is the drug of choice for procedural sedation. The addition of α agonist dexmedetomidine may improve the safety profile of the procedure by providing stable hemodynamics, better sedation quality, and decreasing the side effects of each drug during elective endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreaticography (ERCP).
Materials And Methods: Eighty patients aged between 18 and 60 years were distributed randomly into two groups.

The Dixon method for fat/water separation is widely used to obtain uniform fat suppression using the water-only reconstruction. However, the fat-only reconstruction is potentially neglected in clinical practice, either not sent to the PACS or ignored upon imaging review. Fat-only Dixon provides a valuable tool for rapid screening for microscopic fat and problem-solving of lesions of interest.

These cases can be challenging to interpret for the radiologist. Attention to CT physics and care in optimizing image viewing through techniques such as windowing can maximize diagnostic yield.

Computed tomography (CT) and MR imaging are the primary modalities for further noninvasive characterization of these lesions. This review presents an approach to imaging of rare pancreatic tumors, including the CT and MR imaging technique, key imaging features and examples, and differential diagnosis.

MR imaging is a powerful tool for local staging of these tumors and to detect posttreatment complications and recurrent disease. This review presents anatomic delineation of the female pelvis, pathology and staging of vulvar and vaginal cancer, MR imaging techniques of the pelvis, MR features of vulvar and vaginal cancer, and the differential diagnosis of potential mimickers.
