Aims: To assess the outcomes of robotic surgery for patients with neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunctions (NLUTD).

Materials And Methods: Studies evaluating the outcomes (efficacy and safety) of robot-assisted ileal conduit creation or artificial urinary sphincter (R-AUS) implantation or augmentation cystoplasty or continent urinary diversion creation in patients with NLUTD were included. The search strategy and studies selection were performed on Medline, Embase and Cochrane using the PICOS method according to the PRISMA statement (PROSPERO 2022 CRD42022333157).

Dent's disease is a rare cause of hypercalciuria and recurring urolithiasis. Patients with this disease have elevated bone resorption due to the presence of parathormone (PTH) in the urine. We describe the case of a 21-year-old male with hypercalciuria, elevated bone resorption and recurring bilateral urolithiasis that achieves radiological and clinical stability with percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) and medical treatment with hydrochlorothiazide, potassium-citrate and phytate.

Renal cell adenocarcinoma requires different therapeutic pathways because it is one of the most therapy-resistant tumors, on the other hand it is biologically one of the most attractive tumors. Its pathological classification has a genetic base. There is an anomaly of the Von Hippel Lindau gene in 80% of adenocarcinomas, being this fact determinant to know the biological characteristics of tumor initiation and development, as well as the identification of factors susceptible to be used as therapeutic targets.
