[Obliteration of a coronary artery aneurysm with a PTFE-covered stent (stent graft)].

Coronary aneurysms are very rare: their frequency ranges between 1% and 2%. The most frequent associated disease in atherosclerosis, although they have also been described associated to: infections or connective tissue diseases, Kawasaki's disease, thoracic traumas and of congenital origin. Furthermore, they are sometimes related to coronary stenting (including drug-eluting stenting) and intracoronary brachytherapy.

[Stenting of right coronary artery arising from the left sinus of Valsalva].

We report the stenting of a long lesion situated in an anomalous right dominant coronary artery arising from the left sinus of Valsalva. The patient was referred to our unit with a diagnosis of progressive angina and no other cardiopathy. We emphasize the convenience of having a good arrangement of the guiding-catheter with the original and the initial course of the artery, and also having a suitable support for the treatment programmed.
