This study aims to understand the post-adoption behaviors of mobile health (m-Health) service users during the COVID-19 pandemic. Drawing on the stimulus-organism-response framework, we examined the effects of user personality traits, doctor characteristics, and perceived risks on user continuance intentions and positive word of mouth (WOM) when using m-Health, as mediated by cognitive and emotional trust. The empirical data were collected via an online survey questionnaire from 621 m-Health service users in China and were verified with partial least squares structural equation modeling.

Chinese manufacturing has recently undertaken the responsibility of energy conservation and emission reduction to address climate change. This research analyzes green innovation on business sustainability in the energy-intensive industry in China from the manager perspective, researched data from 229 Chinese managers via structural equation modeling (SEM). The results demonstrated that green innovation had three dimensions: green product innovation, recycling, and green publicity.

However, the consumer attitude, intention, and behavior on the electric bicycle is not well verified. We thus propose a theoretical framework that hypothesizes service quality, attitude, subject norm, perceived behavioral control, and residual effects of past behavior on the intention and behavior toward the shared electric bicycles.
