[Giant retroperitoneal mesenteric cyst presenting as dyspepsia].

Dyspepsia is a frequent cause of referral to gastroenterology units. After appropriate investigations, many patients receive a diagnosis of functional disorders, although dyspepsia can have an organic basis. We present the case of a woman with typical symptoms of dyspepsia, which were initially mild.
