Waveguide Characterization of S-Band Microwave Mantle Cloaks for Dielectric and Conducting Objects.

We present the experimental characterization of mantle cloaks designed so as to minimize the electromagnetic scattering of moderately-sized dielectric and conducting cylinders at S-band microwave frequencies.
