Gallstone ileus in an ederly patient Case report.

Aim: To report an another case of gallstone ileus in ederly patient that was treated with simple enterolithotomy.

Material Of Study: We report a case of 84 years old female that was admitted with intestinal obstruction. A CT scan suggested small bowel obstruction secondary to gallstone ileus.

Duodenal gastrointestinal stromal tumor A case report.

Aim: To report an another case of duodenal GIST in patient that was treated with Whipple procedure.

Material Of Study: We report a case of 69 years old men that was admitted with melena. The preoperative investigations suggested a suspected duodenal GIST.

Early results of fissurectomy and advancement flap for resistant chronic anal fissure without hypertonia of the internal anal sphincter.

The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of fissurectomy with skin advancement flap in healing chronic anal fissures without hypertonia of the internal anal sphincter. Twenty-six consecutive patients who failed healing after well-practiced topical medical therapy were enrolled. Anorectal manometry was performed preoperative and 6 months postoperatively.
