Background: In many cases, the indirect pulp treatment (IPT) is an acceptable treatment for deciduous teeth with reversible pulp inflammation. Various medicaments have been used for IPT, ranging from calcium hydroxide and glass ionomers to dentin adhesives.
Objective: This trial aimed to measure cytotoxicity in a cell culture, comparing the following four adhesives: Xeno® V (XE), Excite® F DSC (EX), Adhese® OneF (AD) and Prime & Bond NT (PB).
