Embryo-derived and induced pluripotent stem cells: Towards naive pluripotency and chimeric competency in rabbits.

Both embryo-derived (ESC) and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines have been established in rabbit. They exhibit the essential characteristics of primed pluripotency. In this review, we described their characteristic features at both molecular and functional levels.
