Objective: To evaluate student learning, preceptor opinions, and feasibility of conducting interprofessional education in a community pharmacy.
Methods: Six pharmacy and 6 physician assistant students from 2 universities were paired to practice together in a community pharmacy for 1 day and clinic or emergency department for 1 day. Investigator-developed surveys were completed anonymously by students and preceptors.
Introduction: Studies reveal positive interviewer perceptions of multiple mini-interview (MMI) upon MMI completion. No studies evaluate change in interviewer perceptions during MMI implementation. The objective was to evaluate the change in interviewer perceptions during the implementation of the MMI model at the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Consistent use of antihypertensive medications among patients with hypertension is essential to the reduction of short- and long-term cardiovascular complications. Methods: Pharmacists in independent and small-chain pharmacies located in 29 Michigan ZIP codes were visited and asked to complete a 5- to 10-min semi-structured interview.
Results: A total of 93 independent and 12 small-chain pharmacies participated (n = 105; 61%).
Background: Pharmacy internships provide students with practical experiences that lead to enhancement of clinical skills and personal growth.
Objective: To describe the design and implementation of a structured 10-week summer pharmacy internship program in a supermarket chain pharmacy.

Methods: A clinical pharmacist and shared faculty member between Wayne State University and Kroger Pharmacy developed a patient care center and rotation site for P4 PharmD advanced pharmacy practice experiences (APPEs). The site was developed to provide advanced pharmacy services to patients and as a practice site for students to learn how to deliver care.
