Aim: To study the outcome of simultaneous angioembolization and nephron sparing surgery in large renal angiomyolipomas.
Materials And Methods: A prospective study of carried out from 2016 to 2019. A total of 15 patients were included in the study with a lesion (angiomyolipoma) more than 10 cm in size, suitable for nephron sparing surgery.
Objective: To study the after robot assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP).
Materials And Methods: The study included 206 patients of organ confined prostate cancer managed at our centre between March 2014 and December 2018.The patients were randomly distributed into two comparable groups with respect to age, height, weight and BMI, with 100 patients in control and 106 patients in study group.
Introduction: Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) and holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP), both are considered standard endosurgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Many studies have evaluated changes in sexual function following treatment of BPH. However, data are sparse on comparative study between the two standard options of the treatment of BPH.

Materials And Methods: Eighty-two men with 63 malignant and 21 benign histologically proven prostate lesions who underwent complete clinical workup were included in this retrospective study. All patients underwent simultaneous whole-body Ga-PSMA PET/MRI with dedicated multiparametric MRI.
A middle-aged man with end-stage renal disease presented with biopsy-proven left renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and extensive lymphadenopathy on ultrasound/magnetic resonance image. He and his family were counselled on his poor prognosis based on imaging findings, which showed multiple enlarged lymph nodes, appearing metastatic. He underwent laparoscopic radical nephrectomy along with lymph node dissection.

To reduce the cost and morbidity of two surgical procedures in donors, we did a pilot study of removing subcentimeter renal calculi in live donors, after explanting the kidney, during bench surgery.
Materials And Methods: We included all prospective renal donors with subcentimeter (4-10 mm) calculi in one kidney in our study (n = 14).
Adrenal hemorrhage (AH) is a rare but life-threatening condition. Small focal hemorrhage may present subclinically, but massive hemorrhage may lead to rapid cardiovascular collapse and ultimately death if not diagnosed appropriately and treated quickly. Most cases reported in the literature have been treated conservatively.

We present our experience of combining Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) with laparoscopic pyeloplasty (LP),in patients with UPJ obstruction with multiple secondary, in the same session or staged manner.
