Background: Elevated neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), a marker of systemic inflammation, has been shown to correlate with worse outcomes in patients undergoing vascular surgery. Limited data exists on the association of NLR and outcomes in patients undergoing lower extremity vascular surgery.
