The clinical stabilisation of the patient is a phase which is favourable for carrying out self-assessment to help them determine their resources. Adapted assessment scales are useful tools. Through apartments owned by associations and the CATTP (part-time therapy centre), the team will guide the patient along their sometimes precarious pathway. This well thought-out and shared support, takes on the function of psychological containment for the patient, helping to ensure a successful reintegration.
