[Health promotion and prevention : what role for community pharmacists ?].

Belgian community pharmacists play a pivotal role in both primary and tertiary preventive health activities. Their involvement extends beyond the pharmaceutical care associated with dispensing to include innovative services such as medication review. Additionally, they offer therapeutic education sessions to patients as part of the «Good Use of Medicines» programme.
