A 32-year-old healthy woman was seen two days after a complicated c-section with abdominal pain and vomiting. Inflammatory parameters were high and imaging showed a dilatated colon with intestinal pneumatosis. Surgical exploration showed an iatrogenic perforation of the coecum.
