To rapidly interrogate the contributions of combinations of genes to a biological outcome, we have developed a ltiplex, andomized RISPR nterference equencing (MuRCiS) approach. At its center is a new method for the randomized self-assembly of CRISPR arrays from synthetic oligonucleotide pairs.
