[Sigmoido-vesical fistula as a cause of recurrent urinary tract infections].

The authors describe a case of sigmoido-vesical fistula in 64 years old woman. The fistula probably developed as a result of complications of sigmoidal diverticulitis. The main clinical manifestation were symptoms of recurrent urinary tract infections and pneumaturia.
