Primary renal leiomyosarcoma is a rare but highly aggressive tumor with a poor prognosis. Early detection and surgical excision provide the most effective initial treatment. However, vigilant postoperative surveillance is critical due to the elevated risk of tumor recurrence and metastasis, as seen in this case.

is a species of Gram-positive bacteria which has been reported in patients with delayed gastric emptying as well as in association with cases of gastric ulcer and gastric carcinoma. Although it has been reported frequently in veterinary cases as a cause of fatal diseases, the exact pathogenesis in humans has yet to be identified. We report here a case of an elderly male who presented with haematemesis following which an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy was done and a gastric ulcer was revealed.

Introduction: Takayasu arteritis is a chronic granulomatous vasculitis involving the large vessels, mainly the aorta and its branches.

Case Presentation: We report a case of a young female who presented with severe shortness of breath and easy fatigability. Examination revealed a diastolic murmur and imaging studies revealed a severe aortic regurgitation with aneurysm of the aortic root and ascending aorta.

Unlabelled: Congenital mesoblastic nephromas are rare renal tumours that are encountered in paediatric age group. A term female neonate at the end of first week of life presented with bilateral lower limb swelling. On radiological evaluation, ultrasonography revealed an intra-abdominal mass which was managed with radical nephroureterectomy.
