Globalization of Ayurveda is a continuous process. It happens due to committed collaboration of expert vaidyas from India and abroad, professionals from different countries, pharmaceutical suppliers, and patients. The obstacles to practise, regulate and educate Ayurveda, differ from country to country; however there are some common threads.

The patient presented with symptoms of pain in ribs, fatigue, nausea, weight loss, and mental stress. After undergoing chemotherapy and steroid therapy, the patient opted for Ayurvedic treatment instead of a recommended bone marrow transplant.

Studies have shown that hypertension (one of the comorbidities) is a risk factor for patients with severe COVID-19. There have been more patients with hypertension among those who succumbed to COVID-19 compared to the survivors.
