Background: To highlight the clinical presentations and management outcomes of rhino-orbital mucormycosis during first wave of COVID-19 pandemic in North India.
Methods: A retrospective observational study. 15 patients with mucormycosis (orbital disease) who presented during short span of 3 months (October-December 2020) in a tertiary-care referral institution were analysed.
Wooden foreign bodies are notorious to be fragile and get retained as bits and bobs in the orbit. A 50-year-old woman presented to casualty with complaints of loss of vision and pain in the right eye associated with discharge from a wound in right eye upper lid. On imaging, a wooden foreign body was seen as continuous track of air.

We report a case of monocular elevation deficit after scleral perforation repair which was managed by surgery on contra lateral eye. This improved elevation of the affected eye with no diplopia in the postoperative period.

Methods: Stage 5 ROP cases presenting to ROP clinic of a tertiary care centre from January 2017 to December 2017 were recruited. Eye-pressing was elicited on history from parents and categorized as infrequent (performed <50% of waking time) or frequent (≥50% of time).
Aim: To evaluate the accuracy of a new, modified grading scheme involving a short vertical slit beam, at the inferior angle for peripheral anterior chamber depth (PAC) and angle estimation and its correlation with anterior segment optical coherence tomography (ASOCT).
Methods: A cross-sectional study of consecutive phakic patients, above 40 years of age, was performed. Using a short, vertical slit beam not reaching the pupil, the inferior angle at the sclerolimbal junction was evaluated, photographed and assessed by a ratio of peripheral anterior chamber depth to peripheral corneal thickness (PAC:PCT) and iridocorneal angle (ICA) on ImageJ software.
