Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the breast: case report and management decisions.

Though breast carcinoma is one of the most common malignancies worldwide, adequate knowledge of this disease is still very poor. Pure primary squamous cell carcinoma of breast is one such mystery, which is encountered very rarely. Its clinical behavior should not be correlated with the standard infiltrating duct carcinoma of breast.

Occult gallbladder carcinoma presenting as a primary ovarian tumor in two women: two case reports and a review of the literature.

Introduction: The ovary is a common site of metastasis from various organs. However, little is known about gallbladder carcinoma metastasizing to the ovaries and presenting as a primary ovarian tumor.

Case Presentation: We report two cases of a metastatic gallbladder carcinoma which mimicked a primary ovarian tumor in a 35-year-old and a 62-year-old North Indian woman.

Role of fine needle aspiration cytology in nonneoplastic testicular and scrotal lesions and male infertility.

Objective: To study the role of fine needle aspiration (FNA) in male infertility and in nonneoplastic lesions of the testis and scrotum.

Study Design: In a retrospective study over a 5-year period, 164 cases of FNA of testicular and scrotal nonneoplastic lesions were retrieved. Aspiration was performed with a 23-gauge needle on a 20-mL syringe.

Primary angiosarcoma of the spleen--a case report.

Primary splenic angiosarcomas are rare neoplasms. They have aggressive behavior that frequently present with hematological abnormalities and metastatic disease. The diagnosis can only be made at surgery.
