Material And Methods: The study included patients with AMI who have recently had COVID-19 (AMI-post-COVID, n=56) and patients with AMI who have not recently had COVID-19 (AMI-control, n=141). Healthy volunteers constituted the control groups and were also divided into control-post-COVID (n=32) and control-control (n=71) groups.

Background: NK cells phenotype and functional state in different genotypes of chronic viral hepatitis C (CVHC), depending on liver fibrosis severity, have not been sufficiently studied, which limits the possibilities for the development of pathology therapy.
Methods: The CVHC diagnosis was based on the EASL recommendations (2018). Clinical examination with liver elastometry was performed in 297 patients with genotype 1 and in 231 patients with genotype 3 CVHC.

Objective: To study the parameters of platelet hemostasis in patients with cardioembolic ischemic stroke on the background of atrial fibrillation and taking warfarin to assess the effectiveness of antiplatelet drugs in the prevention of recurrent ischemic strokes.
Material And Methods: 93 patients with ischemic stroke on the background of atrial fibrillation were examined, of which the main group consisted of 43 patients who took warfarin and 50 patients from the reference group without warfarin. The study of the platelet link of hemostasis using inductors (adrenaline, ristomycin, arachidonic acid, collagen, ADP) in patients of both groups was carried out.
Although the incidence rate of retained surgical items is low, it remains an important cause of patient injury and can lead to harm, death, and waste of time and resources when looking for the missing item. Apart from being "passive roadblocks" that decrease expression of the main coding regions, particular uORFs can serve as specific sensors for changing conditions, thus regulating translation in response to cell stress.
